Meet Julia from West Australia!

Julia from West Australia made this clever selvage bag, and she has a tutorial about it on her blog: (May 17th post). It has a secret pocket in the bottom. Especially good for any of you who are spies. Isn't that a great bead on the zipper pull? Nice job, Julia!

Beautifully made!

P.S. to Karen - I have read Liberated Quiltmaking II a number of times and I JUST noticed last night that one of your quilts is featured in the "Kathy's Block" section. Congratulations - it's a beautiful quilt! (And I'm envious that you were able to take a workshop with Gwen Marston.)

This is a great spy purse and perfect to keep your "Mad Money" in.
You know, the emergency money a girl carries for when she gets mad with her man and needs to get herself home!
