Akiko Kunst of Massachusetts made this selvage chicken! Isn'st he cute? She is making them for her guild's quilt show boutique. The show will be on July 24-25 at Tantasqua Regional High School in Sturbridge, MA. She'd better make tons of these little chicks! They're going to be popular, don't you think? I'd buy one...or more. :)

Akiko Kunst of Massachusetts has been making more whales! Isn't this beautiful? The other one is made of fleece and it has lavender in it so it smells wonderful. Akiko Kunst in Massachusetts wants to make a selvage jacket, so she decided to practice with a small project first. That makes sense, but I'd say she's ready to make the jacket! I love her soft light palette. And that lime green button with the leaves nearby is perfect. Nice job, Akiko!
