After the recent quilt show in NYC I stopped at a sandwich shop on 6th Ave. I noticed that the lady sitting in front of me was wearing a nice vest and I knew she must be a quilter. Before I could say anything, she picked me out as a quilter too (I forget that I'm wearing my selvage vest sometimes!).
