Cynde Clark of Alabama made this delightful selvage chair, and I love the name she gave it too: "Vanity Chair." Nice job, Cynde!
I would love to have a chair like this in my quilt studio. So of course, I'm going to make one. I wonder how many selvage chairs will be made around the world as a result of seeing this one. If you make one, be sure to send a photo.
Happy Birthday, USA!
How very cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for featuring my chair!
ReplyDeleteoh how cool! I think a selvage ottoman is the way I want to go!

I've been thinking of doing something like this to the office chair in my sewing room, but I want to make "slip covers" instead of reupholstering. Too many projects and not nearly enough time...
ReplyDeletethis is very cute...I am going to try to work in another selvage project soon.
ReplyDeleteI'll take two of them! Very cute!
ReplyDeleteHappy 4th!
That's so cool, Cynde!
ReplyDeleteHappy July 4th to everyone:)

ReplyDeleteThis is the coolest thing ever!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! I would never have thought of making a chair cover from selvedge! But it's awesome! I love selvedge, and use it every chance I get...or at least I just STARE at them in the quart-size plastic bags I store them in, LOL!
