Step 1: Cut 12 white squares, 21" x 21."
Then cut them in half on the diagonal.
If you already have some 3" strips, this quilt won't even take all day.

The secret is to send the quilt out to a long arm quilter -- otherwise it would be a lot more than 24 hours. It's certainly a quick way to perk up a bedroom for spring.
