Pincushion Give Away and Bucket Lists!

I made this earthy pincushion by knitting 2 rectangles using wool. I felted them, sewed 'em together, and stuffed it with polyfill. Then I needle-felted the green moss and added the pinsies.

I can't make just one! See more here.

  2. Congrats to Hilachas on her win....this mossy cushion is quite a work of Art and imagination. It looks lovely.
One thing on my bucket list is to learn how to dance, simple dances like waltzes, two steps, etc. Weird how it skipped my generation as my parents were beautiful on the dance floor but never taught me a single step! I love watching DWTS and envy all their ability.

  5. Your pincushions are all lovely--artistic, unique, and definitely something to enjoy.
I have a long bucket list of quilts I'd like to make, and I may actually get to a few of them in the years ahead.
But the main thing on my bucket list is moving to a different house with a separate quilting space, just for me. After 40 years of sewing and quilting on the dining room table, I need a change. All other things I might put on a bucket list pale in importance.
    Thanks for the giveaway.

  28. I've been very lucky to be able to attack a couple of items on my bucket list. I went to Australia and New Zealand, and am going to Alaska this year. Being able to do those has overwhelmed me to the point that my bucket list is empty for now. I will fill it after I recover from having my every wish granted.
