many years ago there was a teenage boy in our neighborhood who would always have vividly colored hair like that. I finally asked him how he did it and he told me he dyed it with koolaid!
this looks beautiful, but whenever I see brightly colored hair in person, it always looks dingy and dirty, not pretty at all. I'll stick to the color mother nature gave me :)
