Shopping Cart Giveaway!


I found this little shopping cart at Hobby Lobby and customized it with tiny bolts of fabric from my stash. The cart has a baby seat and the wheels work better than the carts at my grocery store. This cart is about 4" high and 5" long.

    I am on the lookout for LIGHTS. I just finished piecing a lap quilt using your Attic Stairs pattern, and in the course of it I realized I have lots of darks and mediums, but not that many lights.
    Am trying to get together some fabrics for my lovely granddaughter, who is a budding quilter, so if i win this little collection will go to her.

    What a neat little thing. And the tiny bolts of fabric is another thing all together!

    As for the fabric, I've been into my crazy quilting as of late and am always on the look out for silk. I usually get those types of fabric from thrift store shirts.

    Did you know that in the south it's not a "cart" but a "buggy"? :)
    I love novelty prints for making postcards, but I particularly need to find a medical themed print to make an apron for my niece who is in her third year of medical school.

    I am collecting fabric with gray print on a cream or white background. I like my background prints to be interesting but black on white is too stark and distracting for my taste. :)

    I am on the lookout for math and text, and maybe science, and guitars/music fabric. All subtle, no bright or loud or super childish looking prints. I am surprising my husband with a quilt for Father's Day! He is a high school math teacher, as well as a baseball, basketball, and football coach. I found a subtle sports themed backing, but am still collecting various math type prints for the front.
