    Love your beach umbrella quilt -- it looks fun and easy.
    My favorite is paper pieced, preferably a pattern where I can use scraps or selvages.

    My favorite quilts.... why scrap quilts of course. So many wonderful fabrics, so much love all sewn together in one big bundle of joy. It makes me scrappy happy.

    Beautiful block and love the fabrics you used.
    I love all types of quilting, from primitives to art pieces, that is the fun, exploring different ways to be creative and make gifts, with fabric.

    Congratulations on being one of "today's top designers"! I'm getting ready to start on my first scrappy quilt and I'm a bit nervous about it. I'm using a lot of the scraps from the Farm Girl Vintage sampler quilt I've been working on.

    I guess I like any quilts but I admit applique is not my favorite. Love the look just not that patient to finish it. Congratulations on your block.

    I love to make scrap quilts: large quilts from tiny pieces. I just completed a quilt of 8400 tiny tumblers. Spools are also great to make. Right now I am addicted to sew tiny baskets. It's so relaxing!

    How many favorites do I get to have?? I have to start with liberated quilts a la Gwen Marston, then scrap quilts, then the red and white quilt I just finished and the baby quilt with six inch blocks that I am just finishing piecing, and then...;)

    Oh I love your block! I don't usually use bright modern colors, but these are sensational. My favorite quilts are traditional pieced and appliqued quilts. The more fabrics the better.

    I'm a "SCRAP" and traditional quilter, love civil war type fabrics and save the selvages for later projects, like needle keepers and pouches! Congratulations on being published!!

    My favorite kinds of quilts are very bright colored ones. Favorites ones to make are scrap quilts and favorite ones to have are washable. Not a fan of appliqué. Your block is pretty!

    Congrats on the block...love the beach umbrella's! Very fun block. Hmm...my favourite type of quilting? ALL of it LOL. I like working with blocks and making my own settings and love selvage and scrap quilts and mini's and.....etc. etc.! I'm not going to live long enough to do all the cool things I see! I really love these block magazines...lots of inspiration in these. Maybe I'll be lucky and win this one :-).
