Next Step on Improv Solids

It looks like this is going to be a center medallion after all. I really like the sawtooth border on it.
Maybe a border of piano keys will come next (below), then another sawtooth border?

This time of year colors look especially delicious. I hope you're having a delightfully quilty day.

    I love the stream of consciousness feeling it has.

    Wonderful block. The spiky saw tooth border is traditional yet unexpected. Creates lots of energy.

    Two of my favorite things, solid and points!

    Well.....chocolate, dogs, quilts, pecan pie, bread pudding, corn casserole, flying horses, meerkats......etc.

    glen: most of them involved food, did you notice that?

    Heh - I don't like modern (i.e. non-traditional) quilts generally, but I like this one a lot!

    Then again, I don't like modern art generally, but I really like Mondrian. Perhaps it's the mass of solids that does it for me.
