This stunning batik Dear Jane quilt was made by Anya Tyson of Wellsboro, PA. It took her 4 years to make this 84" x 84" quilt. It's machine pieced, machine and hand appliqued, and machine quilted. I love this quilt viewed from a distance as a whole, and close up too. A masterpiece!

ReplyDeleteStunning! Yes, it really needs to be seen on a wall from some feet away, although it would be impossible not to get close and look at all that went into making it. The black border sets it off perfectly.
