Bonnie's Bag and Mystery Prize Winner

Bonnie K. Hunter is a quilter, author, workshop leader, and blogger: Quiltville. The photo above is a tee shirt that she saw at one of her workshops. I saw it on Quiltville and had to show you.

This pretty bag was made as a gift for Bonnie by one of her friends. I see some chocolates too.

The winner of the mystery giveaway is Girltwin64 from Greenwood, Indiana. I heard yesterday that there are more Lottery winners from Indiana than any other state (per capita.) This giveaway isn't really comparable to the Lottery, but I'm just sayin.'

Here's what was in the package: (Girltwin, don't read any further or it will ruin your surprise) a mini quilt cabinet stacked with tiny quilts, a colorful pincushion with a ribbon bow, six fabric fortune cookies, and a box of Bazooka bubble gum. I made them all except the gum.

  7. What a pretty bag!I sometimes feel that way.

    Congratulations on the win Girltwin!

I had my own win yesterday. Was at my knitting group (we also all quilt) and a friend brought a giant bag of selvages to giveaway! I got really excited and they are mine, all mine! Not sure what I'm going to make with them (I have a bunch of selvages saved too), but it will be fun putting them together!

Congrats to the winner. My only saddness was that I couldn't enter the giveaway myself!
Thank you Karen for your support.
