Sew Bee it - in Ringgold, Georgia

After years of hearing about this wonderful quilt shop in Ringgold, GA (just minutes from Chattanooga, TN) I finally visited. And I wasn't disappointed! This is a wonderful shop, chock full of beautiful fabrics, books and notions. Many gorgeous finished quilts are hung all around the shop. The people are so friendly too. The owner, Gloria, takes time to chat then leaves you to browse to your heart's content.

They are located at 6103 Alabama Highway, Ringgold, Georgia, (706) 937-9142. Or you can visit their website at: http://www.sew-bee-it.com/.

They even have a husband's corner with a sofa and TV (below). Now that's a great idea!

Looks like a wonderful shop...on your picture....the quilt in the archway....a pickle dish/fan of sorts...do you happen to know the name of that quilt pattern or know what book that might be in?...Just love that pattern. Thanks.

Oh no. Looks like I may be making a trip to Ringgold. I live in Dalton, GA and had no idea this place existed. I am sure my hubby will be thrilled lol.

My sister lives in Atlanta and I am marking this as a place to visit next time I'm there. Love to find new quilt shops to visit. One can never have enough!

I live just outside Chattanooga and visit Sew Bee It quite often. It's a place you can visit and browse at your leisure. The atmosphere just oozes creativity! For us quilters in the area it is a blessing and I highly recommend it to all. Lynne

Looks like I need to grab the girls and trek down to Ringgold. Sounds like a field trip is in my future!

Oh yes! Sew-Bee-It is one of the best shops around. I live nearby and always check with Gloria if I need something exotic or special. A fabulous treat for all.

Oh, that store looks delicious. I wish that I lived closer so I could visit! Maybe it's better I'm not close - I'd hate to think what I'd spend in a place like that.

Thank you so much for the kind words about our shop! I work at Sew Bee It and it is truly a pleasure to go to work each day!

Claudia, the pickle dish quilt is from Kaffe Fassett's book, Quilt Romance and was made by one of our own, Grael Ruiz. Isn't it gorgeous!?
