Pincushion Give Away and Bucket Lists!

I made this earthy pincushion by knitting 2 rectangles using wool. I felted them, sewed 'em together, and stuffed it with polyfill. Then I needle-felted the green moss and added the pinsies.

I can't make just one! See more here.

I'm excited about winning the houndstooth pincushion. I can't wait to see it "in real life." Thanks so much!

Congrats to Hilachas on her win....this mossy cushion is quite a work of Art and imagination. It looks lovely.
One thing on my bucket list is to learn how to dance, simple dances like waltzes, two steps, etc. Weird how it skipped my generation as my parents were beautiful on the dance floor but never taught me a single step! I love watching DWTS and envy all their ability.

The pincushion is really cute. On my bucket list are things like: doing origami, learn to caligraphy and play the drums. Kindest bjmonitas

Your pincushions are all lovely--artistic, unique, and definitely something to enjoy.
I have a long bucket list of quilts I'd like to make, and I may actually get to a few of them in the years ahead.
But the main thing on my bucket list is moving to a different house with a separate quilting space, just for me. After 40 years of sewing and quilting on the dining room table, I need a change. All other things I might put on a bucket list pale in importance.
Thanks for the giveaway.

Those little threads needed a name. Now I know what to call them.
Bucket list item - Grand Canyon which I haven't yet seen.

You've knitted some of my favorite colors! It's even the colors that I'm wearing to church this morning.

I forgot the bucket list thing! I'm a big baseball fan and I'd love to see Wrigley Field in Chicago.

On my bucket list - An Alaskan Cruise. I love your pincushions and have to say that seeing them gives me motivation to make some of my own. Mine end up pretty primitive, but i am getting better.

Your earthy pincushion is lovely! My bucket list gets longer and longer, but my sewing room list includes making a Dear Jane quilt. I have the book, just need to make the first block.

Beautiful pin cushion. Something from my bucket list - well, I would like to walk the beaches from the north coast of British Columbia to Mexico. I think I need a bigger bucket.

I've done some traveling, but haven't spent much time in Europe…must do soon! I love the mossy greens- it's a good thing since I live in the Pacific Northwest…:D

Where I live they just put in a zip line. At 72, I am trying to get the nerve to do it.
Your pincushion is really neat.

I've been very lucky to be able to attack a couple of items on my bucket list. I went to Australia and New Zealand, and am going to Alaska this year. Being able to do those has overwhelmed me to the point that my bucket list is empty for now. I will fill it after I recover from having my every wish granted.
