Vintage Lone Star from North Dakota

This 1930's style vintage quilt is machine pieced and hand quilted. Niki in North Dakota has it listed in her Etsy store Rubisco for $199, but she's going out of business and everything's 50% off. Seems like a good deal for the vintage quilt collector. There are a few stains, but I really like the splash of black and red in this quilt. Some of the fabrics are feed-sacks. Great photo too, don't you think?

I wonder if that was made by a white or Native American quilter -- I remember a visit to the Native American Museum where many Lone Star quilts were shown and the North Dakota location makes me wonder. It's a beauty in any case.
