Shopping Cart Giveaway!

I found this little shopping cart at Hobby Lobby and customized it with tiny bolts of fabric from my stash. The cart has a baby seat and the wheels work better than the carts at my grocery store. This cart is about 4" high and 5" long.

Your comment is your giveaway entry. A random winner will be announced on Thursday March 5. I will ship anywhere in the world.
Tell us what kind of fabric you are on the lookout for now.
I'm on the lookout for low volume modern prints and anything really gorgeous or truly unique.

So, so cute, Karen! I'm still into collecting batiks, but go for the lighter ones since I have so many darks.

Cute cute cute! I'm always on the lookout for text prints and novelty prints.

A grandchild is on the way, a little boy. I will sew a baby quilt for my daughter and him and need fabrics with baby colors.

I am on the lookout for LIGHTS. I just finished piecing a lap quilt using your Attic Stairs pattern, and in the course of it I realized I have lots of darks and mediums, but not that many lights.
Am trying to get together some fabrics for my lovely granddaughter, who is a budding quilter, so if i win this little collection will go to her.

Juli said...

What a neat little thing. And the tiny bolts of fabric is another thing all together!

As for the fabric, I've been into my crazy quilting as of late and am always on the look out for silk. I usually get those types of fabric from thrift store shirts.

I am on the look out for the new batiks coming into the shops right now.

Great question, btw. I will be coming back to see what every one here is looking for. (in case I need to be looking for the same - haha)

Did you know that in the south it's not a "cart" but a "buggy"? :)
I love novelty prints for making postcards, but I particularly need to find a medical themed print to make an apron for my niece who is in her third year of medical school.

I can never resist anything from Kaffe Fassett or any batik. I am also collecting black and white prints, especially anything with words on it.

What a cutie! I'm looking for low volume too.. specifically text prints. Thanks for the giveaway!

Michele said...

I've been collecting black on white text prints for a while, and for interesting black on white prints.

This is so cute!!! Thank you for the chance to win it! I'm trying hard not to look for any fabric right now since I recently absorbed my mother and my mother-in-law's stash into my own. Amazingly, I still need to purchase some black yardage to finish one of my late mother-in-law's projects for my family.

I am surprising my husband with a quilt for Father's Day! He is a high school math teacher, as well as a baseball, basketball, and football coach. I found a subtle sports themed backing, but am still collecting various math type prints for the front.
