Pine Burr Quilt
This is my current project: a Pine Burr quilt. This is my first block. It's getting easier as I go. It takes a lot of fabric, that's for sure! I'm on block #5 now. Stay tuned.
I have four of these blocks made but got involved in something else and so they're just waiting for me to decide what to do with them. I'm wondering how they were originally quilted?
Looks fabulous! I made a quilt last year with 16 of those blocks, every block is fun too make don't you think? I'm even thinking of making another one. It is hanging on the wall for 3/4 of a year and still in good shape. Groetjes Annemieke

On my someday to-do list. Love this block!
Gads, you'll need a forklift to move it :) these were all the rage in the mid '70's. I've still got one I made, the top for a small canning jar.
Looks great! I'm curious to see how you quilt them. I still haven't figured out what to do with mine.

I love the colors in this one. These quilts must weight a ton!

Gorgeous! But won't it be really heavy?
