Susan White of Topeka, Kansas made these ornaments for her Quilters Knot friends. She used felt, selvages, applique flowers, and some fluff on top of their heads! Hello from Wellsboro, PA (not a very exciting name, but in PA anyway)!
The selvages really brighten up these birds... so cool to turn a strip of waste fabric edge into a beautiful project.
I used to live in Blue BELL; I thought that was a mistake in the article. You'd think some names would reduce property values!
