This rolled paper clock has the dazzling look of a scrap quilt, don't you think? There are rhinestones among the paper too. This is the creation of Shannon in San Antonio, Texas. Her Etsy store is SHANNYBEEBO.
Thanks for the creative inspiration, Shannon!

Wow! That is gorgeous. Last summer, in a gift shop in Maine, I saw my first rolled paper craftwork; I think it was done in Thailand but I'm not sure. I did not buy a trivet and I've regretted that decision ever since. This is wonderful work.
wow again!! first glance I thought they were buttons (wouldn't that be great). Roll up papers or paper beads are great fun. Thanks for sharing.
Hi everyone, thanks for the great compliment! I hand roll each bead which is pretty brutal on the hands and fingers. What started as a project to fill some time has turned Into some crazy orders. Some as large as 18" -24" in diameter. EEK!
I love this blog with all of the bright and beautiful colors. Now..if I only knew how to use my sewing machine.
I had a friend say they looked like fruit loops.
Shannon.
June, I could make a trivet for you. Contact me if you're interested.
Thanks!
Shannon
